Weight Training for Swimmers
Looking to improve your performance in the water? Our group Weight Training for Swimmers is geared specifically to improve speed, stamina, and strength in the water. All are encouraged and welcome to attend.
Schedule: M-F, 7:30am and 1:30pm (workouts last 30-45 minutes)
Classes are sold by the month at $60/month. Members of the Masters Swim Team recieve a discount at $30/month.
CrossFit is a broad apporach to fitness which utilizes variety and creativity in the workouts to recieve the widest range of stimulus as possible, in pursuit of excellence in basic human movement. Everything from weightlifting, gymnastics, endurance training, and much more will be learned and implemented into the workouts.
In short: we do a lot of different things, all quickly, to grow every measurable aspect of our health.
Personal Training and Nutritional Coaching
For a detailed session focusing on your nutrition, set up a personal training session with Camden or Mike. Same rates as Personal Training apply.
Team Training For those on a competative team at the RBAC, we encourage additional training for those looking for that extra competative edge. We encourage team members to train either 1-on-1 with a trainer or with a small group of teammates, which will lower the cost.

- Comfortable Workout Clothes
- A positive attitude!
