Rose Bowl Aquatics Center now offers personal training services including a full assessment, workouts tailored to your needs and nutritional counseling. You don’t have to be a member to take advantage of this opportunity.
Sessions can be purchased in packages. Sessions are 50 minutes and can be scheduled with the Front Desk, or with the Trainers directly.
1 session = $70

Mike is a native Texan, beginning his career in the strength and conditioning world as a football player and regionally-ranked powerlifter in high school in The Woodlands, TX (Houston). Mike trained collegiately while earning his degree at the University of Central Florida in Orlando before moving to California in 2013 and beginning strength training for the RBAC's competitive teams, including dive and water polo. Having worked with athletes in a variety of sports all over the country, Mike believes each and every one of us has been blessed with the body we have, regardless of our present condition. He is dedicated to utilizing health and fitness in order to optimize these beautiful machines we've been given in body, mind, and soul.

Camden is an Orange County native with an extensive background in competitive dance and sports. Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, she specializes in athletic performance, corrective movement, and training diverse populations including adolescents, athletes, seniors, and individuals seeking to lose weight. Camden utilizes various methods, including resistance training and high intensity interval training, to develop her wide array of clients, whether weekend warrior or someone who's never set foot in a gym before. Camden believes the best training is educational: "Every individual has the right to understand the way their body operates. It's my job to guide and coach my clients in this.

Max is a lifelong athlete with experience in multiple sports. As a swimmer he has competed at the club, high school, collegiate, and master's levels, both in the pool and in the open water. He also brings several years' experience as a cross-country runner and triathlete. Max is a Crossfit Level-1 Trainer and has been a part of the Crossfit community since 2011. Max believes that physical fitness is an essential part of a balanced lifestyle for everyone and wants to inspire people to develop a lifelong commitment to fitness for themselves and their loved ones.

Emily is a Southern California native with over 8 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Prior to joining the RBAC Team, Emily was a Strength and Conditioning Coach at her alma mater, the University of Michigan, where she was responsible for the design and implementation of annual, periodized sports performance programs for the women's water polo, men's and women's diving, women's swimming, and inaugural women's lacrosse teams. Emily specializes in athletic performance development, olympic lifting, general group fitness for diverse populations, and believes in a holistic approach to wellness, incorporating physical fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness into your daily practice. She's passionate about community health education, empowering young girls to participate in sport, and loves leading a healthy (vegan!), active lifestyle.
