Alignment and Balance with Marta: Hatha yoga with an emphasis on proper alignment and balance. Intermittent holding of poses with breath work to move deeper into your practice. Begin with a warm up that intensifies gradually and winds down with restorative, relaxing postures. Suitable for all levels.
Yoga Blend with Jenny: Enhance your posture, flexibility, strength and balance. Classic asanas (poses), breathing, development of a quiet mind and relaxation are practiced throughout the class. Designed to adapt to all body types, ages, and fitness levels.
Senior Yoga with Kris Fridays from 9:15 am - 10:15 am: 60 minute class for all levels of ability. Gain strength, flexibility and balance. Increase awareness to prevent falling and improve posture. Build core strength and learn breathing techniques to promote relaxation. Separate charge for this class.
