Jump right in - the water’s great! Our popular water fitness classes focus on both cardiovascular and strength training and are appropriate for beginners, weekend warriors, to athletes. The properties of water provide for low impact to the weight-bearing joints and strengthening of muscles in all directions of movement. Buoyant water weights and noodles are used to provide a great way to burn fat, build muscle and have FUN!
No swimming ability is required for any of the water fitness classes. Everyone is welcome!
