Aqua Kickboxing An exciting class combining basic boxing and kicking drills to work cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength.
Aqua Burn The first 30 minutes is high intensity interval training, designed to provide cardiovascular benefits along with muscle strength. The second half, equipment is used to promote and develop firm, lean muscles, flexibility and endurance. The class ends with a cool down, stretching and elements from oga and hydro-pilates.
Aqua Interval Training Advanced class that incorporates intenxe cardio workout with muscle conditioning. Fuses great music, fun and a dynamic fitness workout. Expect a challenge!
Aqua Zumba This class uses water adapted movements of the Zumba dance rhythms with easy to follow moves to create a cardio experience that is exhilarating and energizing. This is your moment, joint the party with Aqua Zumba!

Dynamic Deep Water Workout This class takes place in the dive well (deep end of the recreational pool) and participants are required to wear the flotation belts which are provided. Because participants are floating in the water, there is no impact on joints thus minimizing pain, and exercises contribute to strengthening and toning muscles and building cardiovascular fitness.

Hatha Yoga is the foundation of all Yoga styles. It incorporates Asanas (postures), Pranayama (regulated breathing), meditation (Dharana & dhyana) and kundalini (Laya Yoga) into a complete system that can be used to achieve enlightenment or self-realization.
Mondays: 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Movin' Water This high energy workout promotes cardiovascular endurance and core strengthening in the shallow and deep water. It integrates a variety of low and high intensity exercises, including aqua jogging and running. This class is a great cross training option for runners and an excellent way to maintain conditioning while recovering from injuries.

Bump & Beyond Pre-Post Natal Water Fitness This class is perfect for mothers-to-be who are challenged by their changing body and new moms who would like to get back in shape! Mothers-to-be are supported by the buoyancy of the water and flotation belts and can often do exercises that would not be possible on land. The water decreases the effects of gravity on the body decreasing the stress on joints and muscles. The gentle exercise helps reduce swelling that can be caused by decreased venous return. After giving birth, moms often benefit from the exercises that help to gradually rebuild stamina and restore normal body weight.

Shallow Water Fitness Exercises are performed in place and while traveling across the pool. This one-hour class promotes cardiovascular fitness, muscle strengthening and toning.
Tuesday, Thursday: 6:30pm-7:30pm
Senior Water Fitness Class This low impact, shallow water fitness class promotes joint range of motion, flexibility, balance and agility while building cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength. It is especially suited to those with chronic conditions, including arthritis. All participants are encouraged to perform exercises to their tolerance.
